Faircroft Stables is located in Potomac, MD, a charming, "horse-centric" suburb of Washington, DC. Faircroft is only 7.5 miles outside the Capital Beltway, making it extremely convenient to most DC metropolitan areas. Yet offers everything an event horse and rider could need for great results. Our facilities include:

• A cozy 12 stall barn with hot and cold water wash stall, large tack room and separate office, extra storage space for boxes and trunks, and a washer and dryer for all laundry needs. Stalls are matted and deeply bedded with quality shavings.
• All weather ring with lights for after work riding, all year round.
• Dressage ring.
• Hills and fields for trot sets and other conditioning work.

• On farm access to 25 miles of trails, maintained by the Potomac Bridle and Hiking Trail Association.
• Quality turn out with run in sheds in each field. Turn out groups are kept small.
• Bathroom for our riders' comfort.
• The facilities are well maintained both for aesthetics and safety of horses and riders.
• A small cross country schooling course is in the works, and will hopefully be completed by spring of 2009.

Our small size allows us to give both our horses and riders one on one attention, and our years of experience in the eventing world gives us the knowledge to provide the first class care event horses need to perform at their best, no matter the level!
